Jelle van Gils has over 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry. She held positions with increasing leadership responsibilities in quality management, driving the strategy for multiple global quality & compliance programs and improvement initiatives for across all GxP Quality at leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies and CRO. Jelle holds a Master in Biology with additional PhD studies in Biotechnology from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. She is a certified Auditor and Process Excellence Green Belt.
