Liz Somers is the Vice President – Global Head of Contracts and Proposals at Cerba Research, joining in 2023 with over 17 years of experience in CRO Contracts & Proposals and Budgeting Systems. At Cerba Research, Liz specializes in building and maintaining client relationships and strategic partnerships, and developing organized, high functioning, and efficient teams. Her focus is on overseeing contracts and proposals to support Cerba Research’s business objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
