Mike has spent over 25 years in various roles supporting the drug development industry which has seen him work across central & esoteric labs, oncology and virology specialty labs, preclinical development, diagnostics, medical device, and data/technology organizations. Mike Waters holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and is MT(ASCP) certified.
